Faith, Food & Fun is an intergenerational event with dinner, faith, and an activity for all ages on first Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Free will offering. Sign up for the next Faith, Food & Fun on your church app or here. Registering helps us plan food and supply quantities.
January 7 | Image of Christ
Come to explore and learn about the diversity of images of Christ, representations from the Bible and the ancient church and the variety of visual illustrations from countries and cultures from around the world.
Special presenter: Rev. Dr. Daniel Cochran, PhD. Daniel currently serves as associate pastor at Gary Memorial UMC in Wheaton. He holds a Ph.D. in the History of Art from UW-Madison and a MDiv from Harvard Divinity School. He is the author of Building the Body of Christ, which explores the role of visual art in shaping early Christian communities.
WHAT’S HAPPENING
Join us on Third Sundays!
On select third Sundays, gather after worship at 10:30 a.m. in Baker Hall for refreshment, fellowship and great fun with faith formation activities for all ages. Each Sunday Funday is a different theme based on a Bible story, a particular season or mission related project.
