Worship

Please join us in worship!

We have two services: in-person at 9:30am on Sunday mornings and online worship.

Online worship is available when you are, wherever you are. This full service includes beautiful music, inspiring message and time of prayer. For our online church, click here.

In-person worship at 9:30am on Sunday mornings is for the whole family. It’s about 45 minutes long with Fellowship time immediately after from 10:15 to 10:30.

  • Wondering about children? Busy bags are available for children to use during the service. Please ask an usher about it, if you would like one. The nursery is open. Masks are required, at this time.
  • Wondering where to enter? Most people enter through the doors on Cedar Ave. and 4th Ave. Use the parking info button directly below to view parking options.
  • Wondering what to wear? Most people dress business casual.

Growing in Faith

We offer small group opportunities for all ages on Sundays at 10:30am and online scheduled weekdays. We call this time Recharge. Plugging into a small group, a class offering, Sunday School, seminar or group is a perfect way to renew your mind and set your week on the right path with God and others. Nursery is available on Sunday mornings.

Links to programing information for adults, youth, and children can be found on the home page.

Welcome Message

Welcome. It’s really as simple as that. You are welcome at Baker Memorial United Methodist Church.

You won’t find a carefully crafted statement with a subtle list of who is welcome here. We believe that Christ’s love reaches far and wide enough to embrace everyone who seeks to follow. There are no caveats or exceptions here, only this one thing you might want to know. We believe that a healthy spiritual life includes growing in understanding and love of God over the course of a lifetime. That means we are not perfect as we come together to seek a deeper understanding and love for God, others, and ourselves.

We invite you to check us out.  Share your pronouns, introduce your loved ones, talk about what you know, and share what you wonder. Please submit a contact us form and we’ll reach out to you.

Check out our online worship page where you will see opportunities to connect.

We’d love to walk together with you on this journey of a lifetime.

“Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who has promised is faithful. “

–  Hebrews 10:23 (NRSV)
