St. Charles Farmers Market

FridayS thru October • 8am-1pm
New location for 2025! You’ll find it at Riverside Ave and State, just west of the St Charles Fire Department in front of the old police department and North of the Municipal Center complex. There is plenty of parking.

September Worship Series

SUndays, September 7-28 • 9:30am
This month, we turn to the song book of the Bible, the Psalms, that has sustained and defined the people of God from the very beginning. The Psalms sing with a variety of emotions and circumstances out of which we call upon the Lord; they give voice to people in our communities who may feel unheard even by God.

Jazz at Baker Memorial

Sunday, September 14
Jazz in Worship at 9:30am with pre-service music begining at 9:15. At 3pm enjoy the Richard Sladek Trio with guest violinist James Martin as they perform Claude Bolling’s Suite for Violin & Jazz Piano Trio. Part of St. Charles Jazz Weekend. Find info on our Community page.

NIL Food Bank Gang

Monday, SEPTEMBER 15 • 9am
Join the Illinois Food Bank gang! A team of volunteers heads to the NIL Food Bank every month. Our shift runs from 9am until Noon. Want more information? Contact Betty Erickson at n9yfc@aol.com

Sunday Funday for All

Sunday, SEPTEMBER 21 • 10:30am
On select third Sundays, gather after worship in Baker Hall for refreshment, fellowship and great fun with faith formation activities for all ages. Each Sunday Funday is a different theme based on a Bible story, a particular season or mission related project.

Faith, Food & Fun

Wednesday, October 1 • 5:30pm
An intergenerational event with dinner, faith, and an activity for all ages. This month’s theme is Campfire Night. Sign up to attend on the church app or here. We begin the evening with dinner at 5:30 and end by 7pm. Free will offering.

Blood Drive

Thursday, October 2 • 2:30-6:30pm
Give the gift of life and donate blood at our blood drive. Sign up on the Versiti donor site here. Located in Wiley Hall. Use lower Main St. entrance. Walk-ins welcome.

Purchase with a Purpose

Saturday, October 4 • 10am-3pm
This is a special one-day fair trade market. Shop unique goods from all over the world from a variety of vendors. Sponsored by United Women of Faith.

One O’Clock Book Group

Monday, October 6• 1pm
The group meets monthly on first Mondays in the parlor. All are welcome to join in this reading fellowship. The book for October is Lula Ddean’s Little Library of banned Books by Kirsten Miller. For more info, contact Shelley Campbell at sscbooks@sbcglobal.net.
